Our R&D department develops products for the automotive sector in the interior and exterior area with versatile and long-time experience in the areas of plastics and surface technology, in close coordination with the customer. We support you already in the inquiry phase with the evaluation of the producibility and necessary adaptations and proposals for solutions.

In addition to the implementation of your products until they are ready for series production, we also constantly monitor the further development of technologies and trends. With material tests and concept proposals, as well as prototyping, we support you in the realization of your ideas and innovations. This is a special concern for us.

We use the CAD tool Catia V5 for the plastic- and surface-compatible design of the products. In support of this, every article runs through our injection molding simulation program in order to achieve good first shot results as directly as possible.

Finite element calculations are carried out for special load calculations.
